Chapter 1: Everyday Life
In a good mood Rachel Krueger entered her apartment "Hey, Nat! I'm back!" she listened for an answer... But she was alone. There was no one to answer. Rachel nodded in agreement with a sad smile. She closed the door behind her and stripped off her red Converse All Stars. Then she walked along the small hall of the flat that consisted of two rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. Then she turned left. She looked around. She was in the kitchen. On the table she found what she was looking for. A small piece of paper laid there. Rachel's roommate left a note:
gone doing research. Will be back late. Don't wait for me.
See ya morrow.
P.s.: Don't forget your notes.'
She screwed up the note and threw it in the bin, "Damn Nat! Why are you always gone?"

It was a peaceful night. It was quiet. All the noises of the workers outside were excluded by this room he stood in. It was dark. But this darkness was not an usual one. It was kind of scary... if Nick was a person, that would be afraid of darkness. He knew darkness. The darkness. The shadow... Death... However people called this dark spirit that controls the night. Panic. Anarchy. Those were the fitting words for the happenings on the planet Olymp. Everyone was scared. People were running around, fighting and screaming.
Just like everyone else Selene and her sister Eos and brother Helios were trying to escape from the planet. A foreign culture started –without any warning- to attack the peace loving Olympians. The Chitauri. No one knew, where they came from. To this day, they were unknown to the Olympians.
Panicked Selene looked back. They were running. She wanted to cry. But she wasn't allowed to. If those were the last seconds of this planet she had to stay calm. She should die as dignified as a princess should. And so her brothers had to be.
Her white, tight Tunika was dirty. Ripped apart. Smudged with blood. Her hair was loose. Her pale face was paler than ever before. She was scared. She was frightened. When she saw her home planet, destroyed, burning, she wanted to end with it. But it was her duty to find a pla
